I was born in Auckland, and having lived in other places in New Zealand and
travelled extensively overseas, have settled in Three Kings, Auckland.
Having had a No 1 ranking in athletics and represented NZ , I know the great
feeling of accomplishment that can be achieved when you reach your goals.
I studied at the University of Waikato, completing a BSc degree in Biology and
Psychology. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioural Coaching.
I previously worked as a manager of a large team of people for 7 years, and in
that time have further honed my coaching and mentoring skills.
I have also been actively involved in Toastmasters for 8 years, developing
communication and leadership skills, gaining advanced certification and helping
others achieve their goals. I have presented numerous speeches and
seminars on a wide variety of subjects.
I enjoy the company of close friends, public speaking, cooking, movies, music,
keeping fit, and looking after my investments.
I achieved financial freedom at 40, so don't need to work for the rest of my life.
However, I am passionate about coaching others in achieving their goals by
using some of the proven strategies I have employed to attain my dreams.
